Interim data from the Phase 2 study evaluating JK07, an NRG1-HER3 antibody fusion protein, in heart failure patients with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) have demonstrated a safe and tolerable profile at the 0.045 mg/kg dose, clear and consistent target engagement with repeat administration, and positive preliminary signs of efficacy. Based on these positive interim data from the low dose treatment arm, SalubrisBio has opened a second treatment arm at the higher dose to further evaluate JK07 in HFrEF and HFpEF and is actively recruiting patients in the ongoing Phase 2 clinical trial.

JK06, a 5T4-targeted ADC, is being evaluated in a Phase 1 dose-escalation study, including a basket of solid tumors, and is actively recruiting patients.
